Shane West named Safety Coordinator

Shane West has been promoted from shipping in Navistar to the new Safety Coordinator.

Shane has been with the company a little shy of four years. He started sorting parts for Fleet Pride, then moved to Diversified as a line loader inspector before moving to a shipping and receiving clerk. In 2016 he transferred to the Navistar department for shipping.

Shane graduated with a Bachelors degree in General Business in December of 2017.

Outside of his SRC career, Shane has been married for five years and is a proud father of a 3-year-old daughter. Shane and his wife are members of a 6,000-acre off-road ranch, and he enjoys being there when times allows.

Shane is continuing to grow and making his path through an SRC career.

 

Mike White named Director of Operations

It was announced Mike White will take over the position of Director of Operations. Mike will begin transitioning to his new role immediately.

Mike will be responsible for directing and supporting our operations team and driving for continued growth of both existing and new customers, while maintaining a safe environment for our associates.

Mike earned his accounting degree from Westminster College and his MBA from Missouri State University. He joined SRC Corporate in 2012, producing consolidated financial statements and analysis for all SRC divisions. Mike brings a strong and diverse background that will complement our existing operations management staff.

Mike has been leading our staff meetings for several years and has chaired our Ownership Culture Committee.  In addition, Mike is a founding member of the “Play for Springfield” charity and is involved in United Way.  He’s an avid golfer and hunter, specializing in turkey and deer.
