Springfield, MO – SRC Logistics, Inc. (SRCL) is pleased to announce the promotion of Johnnie Mier to Account Analyst. Johnnie will support the Client Services team on oversight and management of client accounts.

Before joining SRCL, Mier started his career with SRC in 2010 as a Packager at Newstream Enterprises, a subsidiary of SRC Holdings Corporation. Over the next four years, Mier assumed progressively larger roles at Newstream, including forklift driver and team leader.

In 2014, Mier brought his experience to SRCL, working in operations in various roles, such as shipper, packager, and inspector. In 2015, Mier was promoted to Core Processing Team Lead where he was responsible for ensuring processing standards, training and mentoring employee-owners, and assisting operations in projections and reporting.

“I think Thomas Edison said it best, ‘Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time.’ I’m excited to start this new adventure,” said Mier.

With over 10 years at SRC, Johnnie is an active member of the SRC community. He currently serves on the Wellness Committee, promoting healthy habits and health awareness to his fellow employee-owners. He has also attended several SRC-sponsored leadership and Great Game of Business trainings.

SRCL believes Mier will be an asset to the Client Services team as he continues to grow his career with SRC. Please join us in congratulating Johnnie Mier on his promotion.
