Rules
1. Begins Aug. 1st –Oct. 31st. First and Last weight in will be done by Courtney/Carol. Every Monday in between, you will need to send in a photo of your toes/scale/weight.
2. Entry Fee is $20.00 must be paid on Aug. 1st or 2 payments of $10 Aug.1st and 8th
3. Your Spouses may enter, your children over 18 may enter, your parents may enter
4. Do not do anything drastic for rapid weight loss. Make good choices with fruit, veggies, lean meats and exercise regu-larly. If you are a diabetic, please notify your physician before you begin.
