SRC Sponsors United Way's Day of Caring

On a beautiful 75 degree day, the SRC team gathered their lawn equipment, jumped in their cars and took off to multiple Senior's homes in our community. We mowed lawns, tore down brush, cleared out flower beds and cut down trees for seniors who are physically or financially unable to maintain their yards. SRC had over 20 volunteers for the Hands On for Seniors Program and Greene County is the only community that participates in this program. If there is a senior in your life that could benefit from Hands On for Seniors contact United Way to sign them up!
